Crabapples

Crabapples up on the tree
They keep falling down up on me
Looking up straight to the top
Those crabapples just never stop
I don’t want to be afraid
I just want another day
Of knowing that you love me
Crabapples keep falling, falling from the tree
There’s a deeper love that’s inside in me
and what I know I learned in and around the tree
And someday our lives will answer to this calling
Gotta to keep on growing and refrain from falling
I’ll be there to catch you and I’ll stand up strong
For this time being
The Crabapples keep hanging, hanging on
All I know is what I have and will it ever be enough
Enduring all this living when the living gets so tough
My heart goes out to everyone with one return in mind
‘cause love is everything to find
Should I die lay me to rest
Knowing that I did my best
My best to love and understand
The cards we’re dealt are a winning hand
Let’s refrain from all this sorrow
And all wake up tomorrow
Life is such a blessing
If you learn your lesson
Lift your heavy hearts with the lives you’re hauling
Got to keep on (loving/living) and refrain from falling
I’ll be there to catch you and I’ll stand up strong
They say that nothing lasts forever
Except for the day, the day the Crabapple falls
Falling, falling from the tree
Can you hear the ending calling ?
Crabapples are falling.
